APM Terminals har uppdaterat rutiner enligt gällande krav från Tullverket avseende föravisering och förseglingskontroll mot dokumentation av gods för att vara godkänd enligt Tullverkets certifiering AEO (Authorised Economic Operator).

 

Rutinen har trätt i kraft den 01/2 2016 som en interimslösning i terminaloperativsystemet CATOS, men kommer sedan att övergå som stadigvarande rutin när APM Terminals implementerar sitt nya terminaloperativsystem i början av hösten 2016.

 

Vilka omfattas av föraviseringen?
Samtliga som idag aviserar containers till terminalen.

 

Hur går föraviseringen till?
En ändring i terminaloperativsystemet CATOS gör att fältet för sigillnummer blir ”obligatoriskt” att fylla i. En informationsruta som guidar dig vidare kommer att bli synlig vid avisering i CATOS.

 

När träder föraviseringen i kraft?
Från och med den 2 februari gäller rutinen fullt ut. Det är möjligt redan nu att påbörja rutinen för dig som kund.

 

Vad händer om jag inte har föraviserat sigillnummer?
Du måste rapportera sigillnummer för att få ut din visit-code och därmed passage in på terminalen.

 

Vad händer om jag föraviserat in fel sigillnummer?
Om sigillnummer vid kontroll ej stämmer mot aviserat nummer kommer vi ej kunna ta emot enheten.

 

Var vänder jag mig om jag behöver support?
Du kan inledningsvis/under introduktionen vända dig till vår Customer Serviceavdelning på telefonnummer 010 – 122 27 00 för att få support med föraviseringen.

 

OBS! Ansvaret att föravisera sigillnumret i terminaloperativsystemet ligger på den som aviserar containern till terminalen och inte på APM Terminals.
